Introduction
HFCCAA has a membership of over 1,000. The executive committee consists of 10 person (1 chairlady, 2 vice chairladies, 1 treasurer, 2 secretaries, 1 newsletter editor, 1 promotion director, 1 membership director and 1 web administrator) who are elected on a biennial basis.
One of our most significant events is the annual general meeting & dinner. Usually we have about 15 tables of old girls and guests. Family members of our alumnae are also welcome. Other regular activities include the invitation relay for old girls on the school's Athletics Meet.
We always strive to strengthen the bond between alumnae and our alma mater. For instance, to show our support of the school, we co-organized a Walkathon with the Parent-Teacher Association in November 2001. Over HKD200,000 was raised by our joint effort and was contributed to the school Development Fund.
Our representatives have also attended different school events over the years, including the celebration of the 30th Anniversary, Graduation Day and Swimming Gala. To encourage the diversified development of students, we annually give away "All Rounder Scholarship" (formerly "All Rounder Award") to students worthy of the title. It aims at acknowledging students who excel in both academic work and extracurricular activities as well as motivating students to broaden their horizons.
With the support from the school and alumnae, HFCCAA is making steady progress. We shall continue to reinforce the connections among alumnae and live out our school motto - United in Love.

Membership
Starting from March 2010, Holy Family Canossian Alumnae Association offers Life membership only. By paying HK$100, you will become our Life member and be entitled to the benefits for life. The decision of fee adjustment is made by the 2008-2010 committee under careful consideration. Alumnae can refer to the below Chairlady's letter for details.
Chairlady's Letter - Session 2008-2010
Dear alumnae,
New Life Membership Program
As you may probably know, newsletters and announcement of various events will be sent through e-mails or posted on our website, instead of being sent in print from 2010. This will greatly help reducing cost and manpower. In response to this change, membership application will be further simplified to reduce manpower for membership renewal. I am pleased to introduce to you the new "life membership" program. Members who wish to apply for or renew their membership may submit a one-off membership fee of HK$100 and they will automatically become life members.
If you are not a life member yet, take this chance to join us by completing the application form and sending it back to school with a cheque in the sum of HK$100.00 payable to Holy Family Canossian College Alumnae Association. The form can be downloaded from our website: http://www.hfccaa.org.hk
Yours sincerely,
Anne Anita Cheung
Chairlady (2008-2010)
Expired Original members should renew their membership to Life status by applying the same application procedure.
For fresh F.5 and F.7 graduates (as of 2012) and fresh F.6 graduates, representatives of the Association would promote and explain about the membership once a year. You can complete your membership application in school. Otherwise, you can download the form and send the fee to school. Early school leavers are also welcome to become our members.
If you have changed your email address and would like to receive our newsletter, please download the membership information update form and send it to us by post or email.
