The Annual General Meeting 2022 had been held successfully on 20th Aug 2022 (Sat) at the school hall. Annual Report and Financial Report were received and adopted.

Precautionary measures against COVID-19
Members entering the school campus are required to follow the Infection Control Measures in forced. Members attending the AGM must wear a mask and exercise hand sanitizing using alcohol handrub (provided by organizer) before entering the venue. Members attending will receive temperature check on site; anyone with a fever will not be allowed to enter the venue. Members should sit according to the arrangements made by the HFCCAA on site to ensure appropriate social distancing. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
